The Infosys Off-Campus Recruitment Program 2025 offers high-impact engineering roles with competitive compensation for final-year students graduating in 2025. Selected candidates will join as trainee engineers in specialized development, digital, and advanced technology tracks. The drive focuses on candidates with strong technical foundations across CS/IT and allied disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using modern technologies and frameworks.
- Work on complex modules, problem solving, and optimization tasks under guidance of senior engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Learn and apply best practices in coding standards, version control, testing, and documentation.
- Contribute to digital transformation, AI/ML, data, or platform engineering projects depending on role allocation.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2025 pass-outs only from BE, BTech, ME, MTech, MCA, or 5-year integrated MSc programs.
- Eligible branches include CS, IT, IS, Data Science, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, ECE, EEE, and related CS/IT disciplines.
- Academic performance evaluated using simple average CGPA/percentage across semesters as per Infosys criteria.
- Strong fundamentals in programming, data structures, algorithms, databases, and operating systems.
- Good analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and effective communication.
- Must not have appeared for Infosys selection processes in the last 6 months (except Systems Engineer role).
