Job Summary

Junior Cloud Test Engineer I will work on testing and validating cloud-based applications and services within the Aruba business at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. The role focuses on designing and executing test plans, automating test cases, and supporting secure, reliable releases for edge-to-cloud solutions. This position is ideal for early-career engineers who want to grow in cloud, DevOps, and test automation while contributing to innovative networking products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cloud application test modules according to feature specifications and security policies.
• Design test plans, create, execute, and automate test cases for assigned application components.
• Deploy builds, debug issues, and collaborate with developers and technical stakeholders to resolve defects.
• Analyze technical and business problems to propose and implement robust solutions for applications, systems, or networks.
• Share and review ideas, documentation, and improvements with peers, senior engineers, and managers.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s is a plus.
• 0–2 years of experience in software development or testing.
• Programming skills in one or more of Python, Cypress, Java, Golang, or JavaScript.
• Understanding of basic testing concepts, coding standards, debugging, and CI/CD practices.
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies and work effectively in a team.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
