Job Summary
This Associate Software Engineer (ASE) role at Accenture is an entry-level position for graduates up to the 2025 passing batch with a strong interest in software development and technology consulting. The role focuses on designing, developing, testing, and maintaining applications that help clients improve the way they work, leveraging modern technology and automation. Candidates will work in dynamic environments, collaborating with teams to translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, assemble, and configure applications based on business requirements and technology best practices.
- Analyze and understand business drivers to deliver software that meets performance and quality expectations, participating in peer reviews and defect resolution.
- Contribute to automation, new functionality, and integration of emerging technologies into existing solutions while taking ownership of successful delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Full-time BE/BTech, ME/MTech, MSc, MCA, or Integrated Dual Degree in any branch, with no gaps beyond the standard program duration.
- Batch: Any year of pass-out up to 2025, with no active backlogs and a maximum of 23 months full-time experience.
- Strong aptitude, analytical and problem-solving skills, and good verbal and written communication; eligibility to work in India with valid citizenship or work authorization.
