Job Summary

Tech Mahindra is conducting a walk-in drive for Customer Service roles in a blended voice and chat process at its Sector 64 Noida office. The role focuses on handling customer queries, resolving issues within timelines, and delivering high-quality service in a work-from-office environment with rotational shifts. The drive runs from 1st to 10th December, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with multiple openings for immediate joiners.​

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and chat interactions, understand customer needs, and provide timely resolutions.
• Record and maintain customer interaction details, process customer accounts, and follow up to ensure issue closure.
• Provide accurate and complete information using defined tools and methods while meeting quality and productivity targets.​

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Undergraduates and Graduates from any stream can apply.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible; salary depends on communication skills and prior experience.
• Good English communication, customer service orientation, ability to handle queries via voice and chat, and readiness to work 5 days a week with rotational shifts and offs.​
