Job Summary
Cyncly is seeking talented fresh graduates for its Kochi office under the Cyncly Graduate Program. This role involves working on innovative products with real-world impact across the Kitchen & Bath, Furniture, and other industries. Graduates will receive mentorship, full-stack technical training, and global exposure while learning from experienced engineers. Team members develop with C#, .NET, Angular, and Microsoft Cloud, building strong programming and collaboration skills essential for a successful career.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop maintainable code using C# and .NET in a full-stack product environment
- Work on front-end (Angular) and back-end services with exposure to Microsoft Azure
- Apply engineering processes: version control (Git), CI/CD, code review, and automated testing
- Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and collaborative problem-solving
- Engage in team activities, documentation, and knowledge sharing
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or an engineering field
- Strong programming fundamentals (DSA, OOP) and hands-on experience with C#
- Familiarity with Azure, Angular, web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS), and Git
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and flexibility; interest in AI tools and modern software practices
