Job Summary

Join Cyntexa as an Associate Software Developer and kickstart your IT career in a dynamic, supportive environment. Extensive hands-on training will lay a strong technical foundation, particularly for candidates new to Salesforce or ServiceNow. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain new software/applications using industry best practices
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications for performance and quality
• Collaborate with senior developers to refine software requirements and technical specs
• Participate in code reviews and contribute feedback to improve code quality
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, contributing innovative ideas
• Document software processes and design for long-term maintenance
• Integrate software components and third-party libraries
• Support deployment and maintenance of applications in production environments

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Basic proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, C, C++, Python)
• Understanding of software development principles and methodologies
• Familiarity with IDEs, version control systems, and testing frameworks (good to have)
• Strong analytical, logical, and strategic thinking skills
• Positive attitude, quick learning ability, and dedication to teamwork
• Effective time management and communication skills
• Internship or prior development experience is a plus
