Job Summary

Join AspenTech as an Associate Project Engineer I and be responsible for technical aspects of project delivery for DGM’s customers. You will manage the design, planning, integration, testing, and commissioning of hardware and software solutions on customer systems. This role is ideal for recent graduates ready to work on SCADA systems, networking, and real-time control projects in a collaborative, growth-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze project requirements through stakeholder interaction
• Design, plan, integrate, test, and commission hardware/software based on specifications
• Install and configure SCADA, HMI, and related functionalities
• Create and maintain project documentation and training materials
• Oversee progress of project activities and address technical issues
• Perform functional testing, system/application design, and database integration
• Travel as required for customer site needs (up to 20%)

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s in Electrical/Electronics/Electronics & Communication Engineering
• 0–2 years experience working with SCADA systems for utilities
• Knowledge of database creation, SCADA protocol integration (IEC104/IEC101/DNP3, ICCP), RDBMS (MySQL/PostgreSQL), and networking
• Familiarity with computer architecture, operating systems, and project documentation
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple parallel projects
