Job Summary
Join Zoho’s dynamic team as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) focused on modern cloud infrastructure, automation, and system reliability. You will build efficient tools, manage deployments, and help maintain best-in-class cloud operations and security. This role is ideal for recent graduates or those with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to learn new technologies and contribute to a fast-paced DevOps environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automation tools to optimize system efficiency
- Manage cloud infrastructure deployment, configuration, and monitoring
- Support build deployment using CI/CD pipelines across multiple data centers
- Design robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
- Adhere to cloud security practices and compliance requirements
- Respond to incidents, aid in root-cause analysis, and implement preventative solutions
Qualifications & Skills
- 0–2 years of experience in Cloud Automation, Infrastructure, or SRE roles
- Proficient in Bash, Shell, or Python scripting
- Understanding of cloud networking, security, and IAM fundamentals
- Familiarity with any programming language (C/C++/Java/Python)
- Exposure to networking tools (netstat, ping, traceroute, nc, ssh/scp, wireshark, tcpdump, etc.)
- Understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools
- Awareness of SRE best practices (SLIs, SLOs, SLAs)
- Willingness to work rotational shifts to support 24×7 operations
- Exposure to Kubernetes, Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform), and any major cloud platform (AWS, OCI, Azure) preferred
