Job Summary

Zoho is seeking dynamic QA Engineers to join its team across multiple locations. The role involves ensuring product quality through rigorous manual and automated testing. The ideal candidate will work closely with developers and product teams to identify, debug, and verify software issues while maintaining system integrity through comprehensive validation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual and automation testing using various tools and frameworks.
• Create extensive datasets for testing and validate data across back-end systems.
• Assist developers, support representatives, and product managers in resolving issues.
• Conduct regression testing to verify bug fixes and ensure consistent product performance.
• Execute functional and non-functional testing using Selenium and JMeter.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proficiency in manual and automation testing methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of Java programming, including OOPs, exception handling, and file/database operations.
• Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and JMeter tools.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
