Job Summary

As a FinCrime Investigator (Junior Analyst) at Deloitte, you will help financial and non-financial institutions meet anti-money laundering (AML) and compliance requirements. You will assist with investigations, analyze financial transactions for suspicious patterns, and support organizations in mitigating money laundering and terrorist financing risks. This client-facing role is part of a global team delivering robust compliance solutions and regulatory advisory services.​

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with AML, fraud, and sanctions investigations
• Analyze transactions, datasets, and documentation
• Prepare investigative reports and present findings
• Research individuals and entities for risk assessment
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and technology teams
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and methodologies

Qualifications & Skills

• BBA/B.Com/B.Sc/BCA/BA/BBM or equivalent from accredited university
• 0–3 years of experience in banking or financial services operations
• Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
• Attention to detail and proficiency in MS Excel
• Ability to understand AML regulations and documentation
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
