Key Responsibilities

• Create new programming challenges across data structures, algorithms, and math at various difficulty levels.
• Develop real-life coding problems and test others’ problems for quality assurance.
• Review existing problems for technical accuracy and code standard compliance.
• Add partial code stubs for candidates to focus on algorithmic logic during problem solving.
• Address queries and feedback from candidates engaging with HackerEarth challenges.
• Collaborate with the technical documentation team to clarify question wording and remove ambiguities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and mathematics.
• Active profiles on coding platforms like HackerEarth, HackerRank, Codeforces, CodeChef, or SPOJ is preferred.
• Experience in creating and testing problems for online judges is advantageous.
• A passion for coding, hacking, and optimization in spare time is highly valued.
