Create new programming challenges across data structures, algorithms, and math at various difficulty levels.
Develop real-life coding problems and test others’ problems for quality assurance.
Review existing problems for technical accuracy and code standard compliance.
Add partial code stubs for candidates to focus on algorithmic logic during problem solving.
Address queries and feedback from candidates engaging with HackerEarth challenges.
Collaborate with the technical documentation team to clarify question wording and remove ambiguities.
Qualifications & Skills
Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and mathematics.
Active profiles on coding platforms like HackerEarth, HackerRank, Codeforces, CodeChef, or SPOJ is preferred.
Experience in creating and testing problems for online judges is advantageous.
A passion for coding, hacking, and optimization in spare time is highly valued.
