Job Summary

Unisys seeks a detail-oriented Associate Pricing Analyst to support pricing and cost modeling activities that impact strategic business decisions across product, marketing, and sales. In this entry-level position, you will develop and maintain pricing models, analyze data for cost structures, and ensure accurate reporting to help refine operational and pricing strategies. The role requires excellent analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in building and managing cost models for pricing decisions and financial planning
• Analyze cost changes, pricing adjustments, and market conditions affecting business performance
• Support the development of company pricing guidelines and monitor industry trends
• Collaborate with various teams to validate and manage pricing data
• Help prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations summarizing pricing insights
• Maintain and update pricing tools, templates, and documentation
• Contribute to process improvements and special projects within pricing operations

Qualifications & Skills

• B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent education and experience
• 0–2 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or cost modeling
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization/pricing tools is a plus
• Strong analytical, quantitative, detail-oriented, and organizational skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in pricing and analytics
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and adapting to changing priorities
• Good teamwork and proactive communication skills
