Job Summary
Sprinklr is seeking Backend Engineers passionate about developing scalable, distributed software systems with strong skills in data structures and algorithms. The role involves working in a fast-paced team, contributing to algorithmic research and coding solutions for emerging business needs using cutting-edge technologies. Engineers will work with modern distributed systems technologies such as Mongo, Cassandra, Apache Spark, Kafka, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop massively scalable, distributed software systems.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to technology and product innovation.
- Deliver results on schedule while solving complex problems.
- Build reusable code and libraries.
- Stay updated on emerging backend technologies and propose improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
- 0-2 years Java experience with strong grasp of data structures and algorithms.
- Proven track record in fast-paced, technically demanding projects.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies, version control, and agile practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- B.Tech in Computer Science from a Tier I college.
