Job Summary
Join Solera’s QA team as an Associate Software Development Engineer in Test I, working on automation frameworks for next-generation software platforms. You’ll help design and deliver automation for systems involving computer vision, machine learning, and sensor fusion, ensuring quality and reliability in an Agile environment. The role involves hands-on work with test strategy, frameworks, N-Tier services, databases, and continuous process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret requirements to plan, develop, and automate test plans
- Collaborate on TDD/CI/CD environment strategies
- Influence and build automation for platform and data models
- Document modules, frameworks, and results
- Manage defect identification, analysis, and documentation
- Engage in Agile team execution and communication
- Perform root cause analysis and ensure quality deliverables
Qualifications & Skills
- BS in Computer Science or related field
- 0 to 1+ years in SDET/SDE or similar roles
- Object-oriented programming in C# or Java
- Experience in full development lifecycle and source control
- Building/maintaining scalable test automation frameworks
- Experience with E2E testing and Agile
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Nice to have: API/backend testing, Jenkins or other CI/CD tools experience
