Job Summary
This role is part of SAP’s Academy for Cloud Delivery, an 8–12 month immersive program designed for early-career talent. Participants learn SAP technologies, cloud platforms, and enterprise cloud delivery through hands-on training, certifications, and real-world project experience. Upon successful completion, candidates transition to important roles in SAP Enterprise Cloud Services, driving innovation and operational excellence in cloud environments. This opportunity offers growth, continuous learning, and a collaborative, inclusive culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured 8–12 month learning and application journey including classroom and practical phases, focusing on SAP Basis, ABAP, HANA, OS/DB, and cloud platforms like SAP Data Centers, AWS, Azure, GCP.
- Develop hands-on skills in cloud delivery operations, problem-solving, escalation management, and project delivery in a customer-focused environment.
- Collaborate with global teams, occasionally working shifts including weekends/public holidays (no night shifts).
- Obtain relevant certifications and engage in AI-driven transformation initiatives.
- Move into roles such as Technical Operations, Customer Engagement, Project Lead, Cloud Architect, Automation Professional, or Escalation Management Expert within ECS.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field; early-career professionals and recent graduates welcomed.
- 0–3 years experience or academic background in database management, cloud architecture, server/systems management, or IT operations.
- Strong interest and foundational understanding of cloud technologies, enterprise solutions, databases, and operating systems.
- Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills, clear communication, and a collaborative mindset.
- Growth-oriented, adaptable, with commitment to continuous learning and certifications including emerging technologies like AI.
