Job Summary
Rubrik is hiring a detail-oriented Project/Program Manager Intern to support delivery of On-Premise and SaaS products, assisting in planning, execution, and management of technical programs across the engineering portfolio. The internship offers hands-on experience in process optimization, stakeholder communication, and lifecycle execution from development to deployment. Interns will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand technical complexities and contribute toward risk assessment, business alignment, and timely delivery of features. This is a dynamic learning opportunity within an innovative, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in defining program scope, objectives, milestones, and success indicators
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, documentation, and plans
- Monitor progress and communicate status updates to stakeholders
- Create dashboards and reports to track KPIs and project outcomes
- Coordinate with Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Support teams
- Organize meetings and communicate updates efficiently
- Identify potential risks and assist in mitigation strategies
- Contribute ideas for improving process efficiency and automation
- Document learnings and best practices
Qualifications & Skills
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
- Basic knowledge of SDLC and Agile frameworks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Preferred: Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), storage technologies, enterprise product development
