Job Summary

Rolls-Royce is offering a 6-month internship in Automation & Digital for students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields. As a Data Analytics Intern, you will work on real-world datasets to build predictive models, automate processes, and develop solutions that enhance system reliability and efficiency. This role offers hands-on experience in statistical modeling, script development, and data-driven decision-making in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review literature and develop scripts/algorithms for defined research projects.
• Conduct data analysis, statistical modeling, and trend analysis.
• Develop predictive maintenance models and implement alert systems.
• Automate data logger commissioning tasks.
• Create models focused on reliability, life cycle cost, and reuse rate.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share solutions and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Strong programming skills with data structures, algorithms, and logic.
• Experience in MATLAB, C programming, Python (mandatory), JavaScript, Selenium desktop automation, and MS SQL.
• Ability to debug existing code and analyze data trends.
• Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills.
• Proactive, persistent, innovative, and able to work independently.
