Job Summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an IAM Engineer I to join its Enterprise Information Security team in Bangalore. This entry-level role focuses on supporting identity and access management operations, assisting users with access issues, and maintaining secure access environments. The role offers a strong foundation for individuals interested in cybersecurity, providing mentorship and exposure to advanced IAM tools like Okta, One Identity, and Active Directory. Candidates will gain practical experience securing enterprise systems while contributing to global digital safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily IAM operations, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access modifications.
• Serve as a first-line contact for access-related issues and troubleshooting.
• Assist in identity governance and administration tasks using One Identity.
• Help monitor IAM systems and escalate security alerts as needed.
• Collaborate with IT help desks and engineers to resolve access requests efficiently.
• Maintain process documentation and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Engage in team projects and access certification campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills

• 0–2 years of IT or cybersecurity experience.
• Strong interest in cybersecurity and access management.
• Basic knowledge of IT fundamentals such as Active Directory, networking, and cloud environments.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with IAM tools like Okta or One Identity preferred but not mandatory.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-evolving security environment.
