Job Summary

Monks is seeking passionate engineering graduates for the role of Software Engineer – Fresher (2025 Graduates) at its Noida office. The position bridges engineering and client engagement, involving product demonstrations, solution design, technical sales support, and collaboration across departments. Fresh graduates will gain experience in AI, digital engineering, and technical pre-sales within a global, innovation-driven organization.​

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise for the sales team and explain product capabilities to customers
• Analyze customer requirements to design tailored technical solutions
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand client challenges
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering for project success
• Prepare technical proposals, scoping documents, and proof-of-concept projects
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Monks’ products and digital technologies
• Address technical challenges and propose effective solutions​

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (2025 graduates only)
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, JSON, React, C#, SQL, NoSQL
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as RAG, LangChain, Hugging Face, and Finetuning
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
• Ability to explain complex technical topics to diverse audiences
• Collaborative, adaptive, and detail-oriented approach
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills​
