Job Summary

Ivalua is seeking an IT Global Services Associate to join its growing global IT organization in Pune. In this role, you will provide Level 1 IT support across infrastructure, client operations, IT support and security operations for users and customers worldwide. You will act as part of a global helpdesk, troubleshooting incidents, supporting system deployments and contributing to the stability and security of Ivalua’s cloud-based environments. This position is ideal for early-career IT professionals who are eager to work in a fast-paced, international SaaS environment and grow their skills in cloud, operations and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 IT support for infrastructure, client operations, IT support and Security Operations Center.
• Serve as a global IT helpdesk, handling incidents, troubleshooting issues and supporting end-to-end solution integration.
• Perform system installations, configurations, health checks and basic security monitoring activities.
• Assist in change management, documentation and infrastructure monitoring tasks.
• Support onsite operations including meeting rooms, user devices and basic IT/security activities.
• Work in rotational and/or night shifts with functional oversight and escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate closely with Pune IT teams and global stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications & Skills

• Up to 2 years of experience in Level 1 IT support, preferably in a production or data center environment.
• BE/BTech or master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field (procurement domain exposure is a plus).
• Understanding of basic infrastructure, operating systems, networking fundamentals and IT/security best practices.
• Relevant IT security or infrastructure certifications are an added advantage.
• Willingness to work in rotational and/or night shifts.
• Strong communication skills, problem-solving aptitude and ability to work as a team player.
