Job Summary

Join Infrrd as a Trainee Software Development Engineer to build and enhance our Intelligent Document Processing platform. Over a one-year internship, you will write clean, well-documented Python or Java code, resolve defects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet technical and functional requirements. This role offers mentorship, hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies, and the opportunity to convert to a full-time Software Development Engineer earning 6–9 LPA based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop clean, maintainable code and design documentation in Python or Java
• Resolve in-sprint defects with high quality and address production issues post-release
• Collaborate with PMs, Architects, BAs, DevOps, and other teams to deliver on project goals
• Conduct and participate in code reviews to uphold best practices and ensure smooth delivery processes

Qualifications & Skills

• 10+2/PUC plus BE/BTech/MTech in Computer Science, Information Science, or IT (2026 graduate)
• Minimum 60% aggregate throughout academics, no diplomas accepted
• 0–1 year hands-on programming experience in Python or Java
• Strong OOP fundamentals and analytical problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Curiosity to learn emerging technologies and a “Trouble the Trouble” attitude
