Job Summary

Futurism is seeking an enthusiastic Associate Java Engineer for its Pune development team. This entry-level position offers hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Java applications while working within a supportive, growth-focused environment. Ideal for recent graduates, the role provides exposure to best practices in coding, testing, and collaboration on real software projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in design, development, and maintenance of Java-based applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and testing.
• Debug and resolve technical issues under guidance.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver software solutions.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong understanding of Core Java and OOPs concepts.
• Familiarity with Java frameworks (Spring/Hibernate is a plus).
• SQL/database knowledge (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript knowledge is advantageous.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or related field.
