Job Summary
As an Associate in the GDS Talent Development team at EY, you will analyze and report on employee learning programs to drive organizational development. You’ll collaborate with global teams, apply strong data analytics, and design dashboards providing actionable insights. This role offers the chance to shape learning initiatives, present to stakeholders, and work on program management in a dynamic, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze data on learning and development programs
- Identify trends and deliver insights for business decisions
- Build and maintain visual dashboards and concise reports
- Provide improvement recommendations for learning programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams
- Present findings clearly to stakeholders
- Contribute to project and program management tasks
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field)
- Experience as a Data Analyst, ideally in learning & development
- Analytical mindset, skilled with data analysis tools/software
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Attention to detail, independent/team work, continuous improvement mindset
- Preferred: Tableau/Power BI, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, LMS or e-learning systems
