Job Summary
Deloitte is seeking motivated individuals to join its Leadership Support for Australia team as Associate Analysts – Executive Assistants. This role focuses on providing administrative and operational support to senior leaders and personal assistants in Australia. The position offers structured training, exposure to global operations, and career growth within Deloitte’s support and enterprise functions. Ideal candidates should be proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Australian-based Personal Assistants with expense claims, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Manage requests and tickets via Service Portal (Service Now) following Deloitte AU best practices.
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and process maps, ensuring timely updates.
- Support senior directors during leave periods by managing communication redirection and other administrative duties.
- Build strong working relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to quality assurance processes and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Any graduate, fresher, or candidate with less than one year of experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time-management and organizational abilities.
- Attention to detail and capacity to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn.
