Job Summary

As a Sourcing Specialist at Cisco in Bangalore, you will support Global Procurement Services by managing supplier relationships and handling procurement operations for indirect purchases. The role involves assisting in the procurement process, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and learning best practices in supply chain and procurement. This position is ideal for new graduates looking to develop strong analytical and operational skills while supporting business functions across IT, Engineering, Finance, and HR.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with purchase requisitions and orders while adhering to company policies
• Support supplier management and maintain vendor records
• Collaborate with teams to source goods and services
• Track orders, deliveries, and invoices for timely processing
• Analyze procurement data for cost-saving and performance metrics
• Maintain dashboards/reports and ensure data accuracy
• Learn and apply procurement best practices and compliance standards

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Operations
• 0–11 months of relevant experience preferred
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, analytics software)
• Efficient communication and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with procurement, logistics, or inventory concepts
• Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
