Job Summary

Bank of America is hiring Software Engineers for multiple locations across India for its Global Technology division. Fresh graduates will work on the development and deployment of advanced financial technologies supporting retail, commercial, and institutional business functions. This role offers exposure to full stack development, cloud, cybersecurity, mobile and AI/ML technologies within an inclusive and innovative work culture focused on responsible growth.​

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and develop technical specifications.
• Write robust, well-tested, and maintainable code for banking applications.
• Work through all phases of the software lifecycle: requirements, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Contribute to CI/CD events and collaborate with global teams.
• Perform proof of concept, document findings, and resolve technical issues.​

Qualifications & Skills

• Final year student (Class of 2026) in BTech or BE (CS/IT/IS) with minimum 70% or 7 CGPA, no backlogs.
• Basic proficiency in at least one programming language: Java, C#, C++, Python.
• Understanding of distributed systems, databases, Agile methodology, application frameworks.
• Experience in Excel, JIRA, Linux/Unix, and familiarity with cloud platforms (preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.​
