Job Summary
The IND Analyst I Health – Broking will support consultants and stakeholders in the U.S. Health and Benefits domain by preparing RFP/Renewal reports and maintaining accurate client and policy data. This role focuses on analyzing healthcare product information, including premiums, claims, and loss ratios, to deliver actionable insights and benchmarking reports. The position requires strong attention to detail, collaboration across teams, and consistent adherence to quality and delivery timelines. The role operates under supervision and offers exposure to the insurance and benefits management industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist consultants and stakeholders with RFP/Renewal deliverables for U.S. Health and Benefits clients.
- Update policy information in internal databases and ensure data accuracy.
- Review plan and proposal documents to create plan designs in the Greater Insight System.
- Provide clients with market insights, including comparisons of benefit programs and cost metrics.
- Maintain client/shared mailboxes and ensure timely communication and issue resolution.
- Execute assigned projects in line with SLA requirements, quality standards, and defined timelines.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and support operational initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent methodologies and effective communication.
- Participate in training and skill enhancement programs to improve technical competence.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate degree (non-technical disciplines preferred).
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel (formulas such as SUM, IF, OR, AVERAGE, COUNT, LOOKUP, LEFT, LEN).
- Familiarity with PowerPoint for creating and formatting presentations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.
- Flexible, accountable, self-driven, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of VBA macros and stakeholder management is an advantage.
