Job Summary

Aon is seeking an IND Analyst I to support its Human Capital Solutions Operations team in Gurgaon. This full-time, hybrid role involves supporting executive administration processes for client-facing teams through project collaboration, correspondence, and operational support. The position is ideal for recent non-technical graduates with strong communication, time management, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to coordinate and execute project-related activities.
• Liaise between stakeholders, handling correspondence and status updates.
• Assist consultants and leaders with project management and client operational tasks.
• Respond to client due diligence questionnaires on topics like data privacy, compliance, and ESG.
• Create and manage purchase orders to facilitate client payments.
• Submit timecards and expense reports for consultants and leadership.
• Contribute to high-quality, timely delivery of administrative support and training activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate degree (excluding technical and regular postgraduate degrees).
• 0–1 year of relevant experience.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and analytical thinking.
• Basic knowledge of statistics and MS Office (Excel assessment required).
• Effective email writing and business communication skills.
