Job Summary
Accenture is seeking Packaged App Development Associates to join their teams across multiple Indian cities. The role involves designing, building, testing, assembling, supporting, and configuring applications based on business requirements. Candidates will work in dynamic environments to develop technology solutions that meet client needs and participate in automation, incident resolution, and continuous learning. The role requires adaptability, problem-solving skills, and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, assemble, support, and configure applications using business requirements
- Understand business drivers impacting performance and deliver software accordingly
- Integrate new functionalities and automation into existing solutions
- Provide incident resolution and customer support via voice, email, chat, or remote
- Participate actively in peer reviews and deliver quality code on time
- Support infrastructure operations and IT production systems
- Be flexible with relocation and shift timings based on business needs
Qualifications & Skills
- Any engineering graduate (B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc in CS/IT/Data Science) with no active backlogs
- Freshers and candidates with up to 23 months of experience eligible
- Ability to learn and apply new skills quickly
- Basic understanding of ABAP Development on HANA, CDS, AMDP, Performance Analysis is preferred
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com configuration/customization, J2EE, full-stack development, and .NET (ASP.NET/ASP.NET MVC) helpful
- Experience or interest in test automation and software testing processes
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Willingness to work in 24×7 shift basis and relocate if required
