Job Summary
This internship is for final-year Computer, IT, and E&TC students to work as Software Engineering Interns at Panasonic Avionics in Pune. Interns will help design, develop, and test software modules used in inflight entertainment and connectivity systems while learning agile development practices. The program lasts 4–6 months starting January 2026, with the potential for high performers to receive full-time MTS I (Software/Test) offers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, developing, and testing software modules and applications.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, performance optimization, and documentation of features and specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile sprints and stand-ups under the guidance of senior engineers.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proficiency in at least one language such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript, with understanding of OOP and software design principles.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL databases, and basic knowledge of testing, Git, CI/CD, or cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and capacity to work both independently and in a team, while pursuing a final-year bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
