Job Summary

As a Tele Associate, you’ll earn from home while engaging with business owners through voice-based calls, helping build and verify their profiles and educating them about IndiaMART services. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct voice-based calls to collect, verify, and update business profiles
• Educate business owners about IndiaMART services and create their profiles
• Address queries and ensure quality of outputs
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and profiles updated
• Engage in flexible hours (minimum 3-4 hours/day) as per program guidelines

Qualifications & Skills

• Fluency in Hindi & English
• Own computer and Android phone

• Valid PAN & Aadhar, interlinked on Income Tax website
• Reliable internet and a valid bank account in applicant’s own name
• Ability to work independently and meet calling requirements
