Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills

• B.Tech or equivalent engineering degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced query techniques.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Looker and PLX, and spreadsheet software.
• Knowledge of Google tools is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Job Summary

The COE LCS credit analyst role is an integral part of the investment team based in Bengaluru. The role supports onshore LCS credit analysts in research and monitoring of credit investments primarily in US and European credit markets. The position offers exposure to diverse industries, helping develop strong quantitative and qualitative credit research skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate within the team to source key data for evaluating credit investments in US and European primary and secondary markets.
• Support credit monitoring by collecting and organizing financial documents and diligence materials from data rooms.
• Enhance internal credit databases with key deal statistics and declined deal analyses.
• Provide ad-hoc research support for lead LCS credit analysts as needed.
• Assist in updating credit shell financials and, eventually, preparing summary notes on earnings and news events.
• Ensure all deliverables are approved by lead analysts before distribution to portfolio management teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Basic experience or knowledge of US/European companies, financial statements, accounting principles, and capital structures.
• Experience or familiarity with US/European corporate bonds and financial modelling is a plus.
• Hands-on experience or interest in credit research within these markets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Highly motivated individual with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to write clearly and summarize information effectively.
• Comfortable working in an international team environment under pressure with multiple stakeholders.
