Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through online channels and professional networks
- Communicate transparently with candidates throughout the hiring journey
- Assist with crafting job descriptions and interview questions that meet business requirements
- Engage and nurture candidates during the recruitment process for a best-in-class experience
- Utilize candidate pipelines and historical applicant data to maximize hiring effectiveness
