Job Summary

Panasonic Avionics Corporation is seeking Software Engineering Interns for its Pune office, beginning January 2026. This 4–6 month onsite internship is open to final-year engineering students in Computer Science, IT, and E&TC streams. Interns will work with experienced engineers on real-world aviation software projects, gain exposure to agile development, and may receive full-time offers based on performance and business requirements.​

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and test software modules and applications
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during agile sprints and stand-ups
• Document software features and technical specifications
• Contribute to performance improvements in aviation software systems​

Qualifications & Skills

• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, C++, JavaScript)
• Understanding of OOP and software design principles
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), databases (SQL)
• Analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Preferred: Experience with frameworks (React, Angular, Node.js), Git, CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and software testing methods
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (final year)​
