Job Summary

As a Talent Acquisition Trainee at Iris Software, you’ll assist the recruitment team in sourcing, evaluating, and hiring top talent. You will be involved in various stages of the hiring process—from creating job postings to onboarding new hires. This role provides robust exposure to HR operations within a thriving tech environment. It’s an excellent opportunity to develop practical recruitment skills while collaborating with experienced professionals in a dynamic workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and post job openings across different recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking system.
• Support in organizing career events and job fairs.
• Provide assistance during the onboarding process for new employees.
• Deliver administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team.

Qualifications & Skills

• B.Tech, B.Sc, or BCA (2024 graduates); MBA preferred.
• Strong interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational efficiency.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
