Job Summary

The Associate Analyst – Learning Admin provides essential learning administration support to Deloitte’s North-South Europe (NSE) firm. The role involves delivering high-quality customer service and handling the end-to-end administration of learning management systems and training operations. The position is based in Hyderabad with shift timings from 2 PM to 11 PM, ensuring training processes, delegate lists, and compliance standards are consistently maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Add classes to the Deloitte Learning Management System.
• Process scheduled reports and provide delegate lists.
• Distribute electronic training materials and pre-work.
• Close classes and process post-course evaluations and feedback.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of system updates and compliance with Data Protection laws.
• Work within Service Level and Operational Level Agreements.
• Handle other learning support services processes as required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate degree required.
• 0-1 years of experience in learning administration, back office, or customer service operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in training and development domains preferred.
• Professional, friendly, and approachable manner; effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Logical approach to problem-solving; open and adaptable to change.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team; demonstrates integrity and a can-do attitude.
