Job Summary

Birlasoft is looking for aspiring Application Developers with strong programming fundamentals and hands-on experience in React JS, JavaScript, and Spring Boot. The selected candidate will work closely with our engineering teams to develop robust web applications, implement microservices, and contribute to full-stack projects. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using React JS, JavaScript, and Java Spring Boot.
• Implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and database integrations.
• Ensure high-quality front-end design using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and SCSS.
• Use Redux Toolkit and Context API for state management.
• Work with Node.js and integrate backend services.
• Follow coding standards, version control, and secure development practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile and DevOps (CI/CD) setup.
• Participate in unit testing using React Testing Library and Jest.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives across teams.

Qualifications & Skills

• 0–1 year of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in React JS, JavaScript, Java, Spring Boot, MySQL, and REST APIs.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Redux Toolkit, Node.js, SCSS.
• Familiarity with Micro Frontend (MFE) architecture, Maven/Gradle, and DevOps tools.
• Understanding of cloud technologies like PCF, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Knowledge of Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC) and Agile methodology.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Positive, goal-oriented attitude with a commitment to quality and timely delivery.
• Financial domain experience is an added advantage.
