Job Summary

The Associate Scrum and Program Support role at Unisys combines Agile team support with program management office responsibilities in a dynamic environment. The position involves assisting Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, maintaining PMO tools, and supporting program-level planning, documentation, and reporting. This is an ideal opportunity for recent graduates eager to learn Agile frameworks, enhance program delivery, and contribute to organizational excellence in technology and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a servant leader for Agile delivery teams, facilitating stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Assist in backlog refinement, sprint execution, and team progress tracking while removing impediments.
• Manage PMO tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Confluence) and maintain documentation.
• Generate and distribute reports, dashboards, and status updates to stakeholders.
• Support milestone tracking, risk analysis, and coordination of cross-functional reviews.
• Participate in learning programs and adopt best Agile and program management practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• B.E/B.Tech in Computers and MBA in Information Systems.
• 0–2 years in Agile delivery, project coordination, or admin support.
• Organizational, communication, and interpersonal strengths.
• Familiarity with Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps) preferred.
• Agile certifications (CSM, PSM I, SAFe, PMI CAPM) are a plus or willingness to pursue.
• Eagerness to learn, adaptability to fast-paced settings, and a detail-oriented approach.
