Job Summary

Capgemini is seeking enthusiastic PMO professionals with 0–1 year of experience to support project operations and delivery excellence in Hyderabad. The role involves working closely with project managers, client partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth staffing, project onboarding/offboarding, operational compliance, and reporting. Candidates will be expected to contribute to resource planning, data management, MIS reporting, and stakeholder coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to build a career in project management and operations within a global IT services leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project managers in staffing, finance, and infrastructure/logistics requirements.
• Work with client partners and delivery executives to manage opportunities and ensure pipeline hygiene.
• Liaise with BU staffing partners and practices to forecast and fulfill account needs.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding of resources in compliance with organizational guidelines.
• Create new projects and allocate resources effectively.
• Ensure weekly and monthly time compliance across the account.
• Manage requisitions, allocations, and infrastructure needs for project teams.
• Gather and analyze data from stakeholders to prepare dashboards and MIS reports.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for operational activities.
• Collect, manage, and streamline operational data for better efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to plan, multitask efficiently, and adhere to deadlines.
• Exposure to stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Prior experience working with end clients is essential.
• Familiarity with Fieldglass tool required.
