Job Summary
Lilly is offering an internship opportunity in the Business Insights & Analytics (BI&A) team at their Bengaluru Commercial Services organization. This role provides hands-on experience working on real-world healthcare analytics problems and contributing to data-driven products supporting commercial decision-making. Interns will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and gain exposure to healthcare domain analytics in a dynamic environment. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in data analytics and product development within the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and implementing analytical solutions to support business needs.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure consistency in data definitions and business rules.
- Execute analytical projects involving data exploration, visualization, and insight generation.
- Engage in team discussions and present findings to stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
- Students or recent graduates in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Strong interest in data analytics, product development, and healthcare domain.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or R is preferred but not mandatory.
- Exposure to data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is an advantage.
- Good communication, collaboration skills, and willingness to learn in an agile environment.
- Curiosity and problem-solving mindset.
